Cockermouth Town Council invites you to join us for the annual Christmas Light Switch On. Sunday 17th November 2pm to 6pm. Attractions include real reindeers, a fun fair, giant snowglobe and a meet & greet with the Ice Queen and Princess! Roads will be closed from 11am to 7pm and no waiting will be enforced from 8am. Cockermouth Town Council in partnership with the local businesses have organised the popular Children's Christmas Window Spotting Competition. Each participating shop will place an item in their window which they do not sell. Spot the item and fill out your form! Return all forms to Cockermouth Library ONLY by 4pm on Monday 2nd December, and you will receive a prize for taking part. Prizes will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place. Forms available from the 17th November from the Town Council Stall at the Switch on, Cockermouth Library, the Toy Shop, Leslie Cleelands and Firns.
