Her son is 7 and was diagnosed in January 2017 with High Functioning Autism (Aspergers Syndrome). She has been home schooling him for the last six months due to exclusions from two mainstream primary schools due to inappropriate social behaviour. He has recently started school at a specialist independent school for Autism.
