Magical Courtyard Concerts return to Stapleford Granary in June
- World class folk and jazz outdoor courtyard concerts from Northumbrian pipes champion Kathryn Tickell & The Darkening, big band superstar Matt Ford and global collective Kabantu
- New exhibition from environmental artist Liz McGowan featuring cloaks, sculptures and earth works

June sees the start of Stapleford Granary’s 2022 outdoor events with a programme built on last years’ highly successful Courtyard Concerts, Village Day and Festive Market.
Our beautiful creamy coloured, 5 peaked, 300 square metre stretch tent transforms the courtyard into a festoon-lit outdoor performance space, set against spiralling clematis and the Granary’s distinctive yellow brick and black slatted walls.
We welcome art from environmental artist Liz McGowan, featuring cloaks, sculptures and earth works. McGowan questions what it would be like to be literally cloaked in our surroundings in her single artist exhibition, the spirit wraps around you, nature as a second skin.
The Granary’s Stable Block pop-up outdoor bar serves locally brewed craft beer and wine and during the day, our new café offers delicious coffees, cakes and pastries making the Granary the perfect base from which to explore, discover and enjoy brilliant live music and art.
