The National Memorial Arboretum is a great place to visit as
a school, with students learning through powerful stories
whilst developing an understanding of why people remember.
The Arboretum are off ering a chance to win either a World
War I or World War II Explorer Day for up to 50 pupils.
The day, designed to help students discover more about
those who lived and served during these times, will include
interactive indoor activities as well as a guided tour around the
Arboretum.
World War Two ended in August 1945 on VJ Day. What date

Terms & Conditions: Prize valid for up to 50 students. Prize
to be redeemed against either a World War I or World War
II Explorer Day. No cash alternative is available. Competition
winners must contact the Arboretum within one month, prize
must be taken by Thursday 21 July 2022. Prize does not include
transport to/ from the Arboretum. Prize subject to availability.
