Artists like Ruskin and Turner liked to record what they saw on their holidays through drawings and paintings, which you can see in the big summer show at the gallery. Some artists like to just doodle. Some doodled postcards have been left at Abbot Hall for you to use as a start for your own imaginary landscape or holiday picture. Sit down, imagine and doodle.
