Studies show that 5 minutes of creativity everyday can improve your well-being. This Everyday Creativity activity is based around food. The Museum of Lakeland Life & Industry (affectionately known as MOLLI) charts how food in Lakeland communities was an everyday survival story, often making the most of a limited list of ingredients. Using the list of ingredients provided, see how many interesting meals you could make. Friends and families can work together or compete against each other to see how creative with food they can be. It’s up to you whether you’d actually want to eat the suggested meals!
